Practicing family law is more than a job. It is my calling. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be an advocate because I wanted to make a positive difference in people's lives. Being a lawyer is an incredible way to achieve this goal.
I grew up in Tehachapi, California, a small mountain town. Aside from the loveliness of its slower pace and serenity, there were many broken families and troubled pasts. I wanted to understand this phenomenon. In 2012, I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior and a Minor in Criminology, Law and Society. My undergraduate studies in psychology were focused on anger, violence and pathological disorders because I wanted to understand why people behave the way that they do. In 2016, I graduated from California Western School of Law and I was admitted into the California Bar in 2017. I was Certified by the California State Bar as a legal expert in Family Law in 2024. My understanding of human behavior and legal work experience have taught me to turn emotionally packed cases into a passion for justice to those who need it the most.
Today, I reside in the Mount Helix area of San Diego. In my free time, I am a dedicated yogi, impressionist artist, chef and I have developed a new love for gardening.
I started the Law Office of Brianna S. Davis, APC because I wanted to be the only one accountable to my clients. While there are many perks to hiring a large law firm, it may be better and less stressful to hire me so that I can give you a more personalized experience. I see myself being the strength that my clients need to achieve the best result during life's hardest times. Whether you are going through a divorce, child custody battle, fighting for or against a restraining order, it is no secret that these life-changing situations can be devastating. My job is to alleviate some of that stress by being your voice and advocate that helps put you in a place where you and your family can sleep better at night.
